Naples Dermatology Patient Portal Logging In

Logging in

Enter your username and password to log in.

If you’re logging in for the first time, you should have received an email to activate your portal. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the activation process.

First-time users will be guided to create a secure password and answer security questions.

Navigating the Portal

Once logged in, you can access the following features:

Test Results: Click on the "Results" button or the "Tests and Results" link at the top of the page to view your test results.

Office Notes:

Under the "Appointments" section, click on "Past Appointments" in the left-hand menu.

From there, click on the date (blue hyperlink) to view the medical notes from that visit.

Medical History: Update your medical history, such as allergies, medications, or other relevant details.

Please Note:

Patients cannot update demographic details like address, phone number, or insurance information through the portal. This information is managed in our practice management system. If your address, phone number, or insurance has changed, please contact our office directly to update this information.

Important Notes

Appointments: While the "Appointments" section shows upcoming appointments, this information may not always be accurate as the portal is not used for scheduling. However, the "Past Appointments" section provides a full history of your visits, including access to medical notes for each date.

Messages: The portal does not support sending or receiving messages. For questions or concerns, please contact our office.

Billing: Billing and payment functions are not available through the portal.
